Chocolate Mini Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 40 g of oats
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup 60ml fat free plain yoghurt
  • ¾ tbsp sweetner
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Instructions

  1. Method
  2. Heat up waffle maker with mini doughnut trays
  3. Blitz the oats to dust powder
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix together
  5. Add wet ingredients to the dry mix and combine well. Put mix into piping bag. Spray the waffle maker with Frylight.
  6. Pipe the mix into the waffle maker and cook for about 90 seconds.
  7. Cool on a tray

Variations

Use Alpro coconut yoghurt or fat free vanilla yoghurt to add more flavour.

Adds about a syn to the mix

Use Cadbury’s Belgian chocolate options instead of cocoa – again add 1 syn
